This information details the setup of the new AV Solution in the conference suite 116/115/114. Please note suite 116 is the master room for the whole suite.
As before a Telefonica Engineer can provide assistance for the setup of the meeting 15 mins beforehand, via an email to Telefonica gpahelpdesk@telefonicatech.uk.
From March 2026 Quick Response QR codes will be present in all meeting rooms in 10SC, typical response will be 4-5 minutes.
